Brighton Keller of Brighton The Day is the daughter of Dee Keller, a stellar shoe designer-- she will fulfill all of your shoe fetish desires! Brighton seems to be a very genuine and down-to-earth girl... and she has great style! Her outfits are mostly everyday casual- she wears lots of jeans, sweaters, slouchy tops, and leggings- pretty much exactly what I wear every day except she looks way trendier (is that a word?) and put-together. Which leads me to #2547 reason why I follow Brighton- she doesn't wear uncomfortable, overly thought out outfits that I can never replicate in my own wardrobe. I tend to gravitate towards bloggers who I can see myself being friends with. Do y'all do the same thing? Brighton is a strong christian and often times writes about things she is learning about God, herself and life in-between outfit posts. I really look up to girls who use their blogs not only as a platform for great stye, but also to be a light in a dark place. Keep it up Brighton!
Pink Peonies is a blog by Rach Parcell, a blogger, jewelry designer and mama-to-be in April! I would describe Rach as glamorous and polished- she seems to live the life most girls strive for! She and her husband built a gorgeous new home that she has written multiple posts about. It's full of light, extremely well put-together and always looks clean and organized- pretty much exactly like my house... NOT! She wears lots of form-fitting dresses and pencil skirts with great pops of color and her photography is always awesome! Like most of the girls I follow, she is very religious but unlike me, she's a mormon. I've enjoyed learning more about the mormon faith from Rach. Like I said, any girl who uses her blog as a platform for God is on my list of favorites!
Emily is a graduate student at Appalachian state in North Carolina. She is a blond bombshell who likes bright colors and pearls- my kind of girl! I enjoy reading Life with Emily because I feel like she's just the girl next door and like me, she loves color, fashion, and a southern way of life.
