Best of :: Met Gala 2015

This is a day late, but I didn't have time to post yesterday. It was Cinco de Madre in Monroe! We celebrated Mother's Day with Andrew's family with pink peonies, lots of babies, and Mexican food.
Did y'all keep up with the Met Gala red carpet? Beyonce, kim kardashian, and JLo pretty much showed up naked. Woah there! A little toooo much skin. So the theme for today's post is "less {skin} is more". If you ask me, the most beautiful women at the Gala just happened to be the most modest.
Picture
Reese Witherspoon in Jason Wu
Reese never disappoints. I love how she says true to her southern ladylike roots and dresses appropriately for her age... and still looks super sexy!!
Picture
Kate Hudson in Michael Kors
Kate kinda looks like the Oscars trophy... but not in a bad way! She is so darn adorable- I love that she is always smiling.

Ivanka Trump in Prabal Gurung
Picture
Anna Camp in Del Pozo
I can't get ENOUGH of Del Pozo!! My new favorite designer!!!
Picture
Alexa Chung in Erdem
Loving this tea length gown with her gorgeous turquoise toes popping through!

Kerry Washington in Prada

Emily Blunt in Prada

Fan Bingbing in Chris by Christopher Bu
I can't get enough of this Fan Binbing girl. Who is she?! I've never heard of her, but I love her style! Fan is not afraid to stand out in a crowd and she does it in the best way! The cape, the sequins, the jewel colors, and her fresh face... it's perfect!

Olivia Wilde in Prada

Diane Kruger in Chanel
Picture
Brie Larson, Courtney Eaton, and Annabelle Wallis
These three! I can't find who they were wearing, but aren't they are exquisite?!! Annabelle Wallis in powder blue is my favorite.
Picture
Hannah Bagshawe in Valentino
hippie child of the night. love it!
Picture
Allison Williams in Giambattista Valli Haute Couture
I have to end with my favorite! This red Giambattista Valli gown is so light, soft, and eye-catching. I can't stop looking at it! It has so much motion and texture it's like I can feel the fabric through my computer. The beading and brooch at the neck, shoulder, and waistlines really complete the dress. Don't you agree?!
